At Your Pace Therapy Global
About me
Hello, my name is Asha, and I am a qualified counsellor.
I work integratively with psychodynamic at the core of my work. Integrative means there isn't just one therapeutic approach that can help a client in all situations. Instead, I take you into account as an individual and your circumstances and use elements of different approaches to help you explore and understand your problems. I consider the unconscious and patterns of relating linked from your past to understand how it affects your current life.
With person-centred theory underpinning our work you will be encouraged to bring whichever issues you would like to address, to the session. The counselling is led by you and not directed by me as your counsellor. A integrative person-centred counsellor will help you to explore your own issues, feelings, beliefs, behaviour, and worldview, so you can become more self-aware and achieve greater independence.
